Why is the Sri Lankan Cricket team retreating?
In that group discussion, we were asked to discuss why actually Sri Lankan Cricket team keeps losing continuously? Almost all the members joined the discussion actively. After we discussed we came up to an intermediary point about reasons for that.
- Conflicts of opinion in the administration
- Wrong Decisions of Selectors
- conflicts among team members
- misbehaviour of some member
As solutions for those problems, we suggest that,
- building team culture
- Improve the mental and physical fitness of the team members
- Players should give some constant time to improve Throwing out from the squad because of fail to in one match is not acceptable.
- Not allowed to involve politicians to make about the team.
