people's personalities and behaviours can be represented as follows.



Task-oriented" means focusing on finishing a particular job or reaching a specific target. This approach involves figuring out the necessary steps to get the job done, gathering the resources needed, assigning tasks to people, and keeping track of progress towards the goal.

On the other hand "Issue-oriented" means trying to solve a particular problem or issue. This approach involves learning about what the problem is, coming up with different ways to solve it, and thinking about the advantages and disadvantages of each option before deciding on the best way forward.

Introverts are people who are more quiet and thoughtful. They like to spend time alone and can get tired from being around others too much. Extroverts are people who are more outgoing and enjoy talking to others. They feel energized when they are around people and can get bored if they are alone for too long.

On that day our group was asked to discuss each other and find each other's personalities according to the above figure.

according to it, Sansala a member of my group has green and yellow characteristics which are talkative, she doesn't like to stay alone. I give Green colour to Charith because he is an introvert and so relies on his relationships. Pravil is another introverted person even it's hard to hear his voice. Also, he is a task-oriented person. Therefore I give him blue colour. Chathumini is an extrovert person who always laughs with someone and is more relation-oriented. Therefore, she is more likely to be yellow.
